I TEACH ACCESSIBLE YOGA FOR REAL PEOPLE
I will guide you through a Yoga practice that is down-to-earth, creative, and, most of all, fun! I try not to take myself too seriously, and you shouldn't either!
I offer Yoga for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike, for fitness freaks and those who are just dipping their toes into a movement practice, for people of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and abilities - you are welcome here!
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I teach my own blend of Yoga -- combining elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. This means that we will alternate between holding poses and moving like a dance with our breath. I encourage (but don't enforce) the use of props and I'm a big alignment nerd! I hope to help you build a practice that is safe, sustainable, and life-long.
I believe that yoga is more than a flexible body. I want to challenge you to get in touch with your inner-self and spirit.

Osteoporosis: Yoga can help increase bone density, strengthen your body, and improve your balance to prevent falls. I have had the pleasure of working one on one with clients who have Osteoporosis and Osteopenia to develop a safe and supportive practice for their bodies.
